I have this botpress template that i'm importing as a .bpz. It says "import successful" but then nothing gets added, my workflow stays blank.

Hey @nutritious-football-5867 there's a bug that happens sometimes on import where the camera doesn't center on the flow. Try using the search bar and searching for "Start" and you should find your flow pretty easy from there.
