This doesn't happen 24/7, although, it has happened enough now to be a point of annoyance. I often work extremely fast with Botpress and I find that when I need to add a card to my node, I slow down in order to to be as precise as possible to avoid any empty entries. This behaviour started recently (~1 week) I've attached a video that can display this in action

I've seen this, too! I've filed a bug report internally and it should get fixed in a future update

It only happens when clicking and dragging, not when double-clicking a card to add. And only when clicking and dragging more than two cards in a row.
