I don't know why the images appear on Botpress but not on the webpage. Any help? Thanks.

I just read some help posts from people with the same bug. I added the subtitles, but it still does not work 😦

Mine does appear, but it's rendered too wide within the container. As a result, the right arrow becomes hidden behind the browser's edge, making it unclickable 😦

Hey @brash-television-2665, can you check your logs in your dashboard? It should show an error that will tell you more about why this is hapenning! 🙂

@most-byte-894 If you add all the fields to the carousel you should not have an issue anymore. We figured out the issue concerning the carousel. For now, including a value in each fields should fix your issues.

JWK, i'd recommend you take a look at this thread. https://discord.com/channels/1108396290624213082/1124029359884345415 Basically you're probably missing something in the subtitle field for all your card. You have to put something on there for them to show up in the webchat
