How to store chatbot answer as variable?

Hey botpressers! I am trying to store the chatbot's response to a question as a variable. Does anyone have experience with this and could help me out?

Hello!
If you are talking about the knowledge agent answer, The knowledge agent is set by default to answer automatically on the first node. You have to go to the knowledge agent settings in the agent tab on the left side of the studio, deselect answer on first node, and then select manual answer only if that is what you want. This will also require you to pass the knowledge agents answer in a variable in a text card next in the workflow. On the window with these settings, it will give you the variable that you need to pass to the text card
You could also leave it selected on for the first node, and also pass it as a variable to the next text card as well
If you’re talking about an ai task card, you can tell it which variable to store the answer in, and then from there pass it to the next text card
