I'm building a bot for customwe service usage, especially WhatsApp. One of my biggest concern is that there will be always a situation that will require human intervention, especially in WhatsApp. If there a way to program this intervention? Like an intent that triggers it or by just a human typing from the number which the bot has been assigned with?

Hey, adding humans into bot conversations is something on our roadmap, but not currently in the product. I think there's a post on #1111026806254993459 about this you could follow

it should send a notification to admin if its not able to answer any query and admin can humanly interact from there
