Has anyone successfully used the KB for answering both general and product specific Q’s? Our KB contains a document with the product list, prices etc. Currently if a user asks ‘do you carry x” and it finds it, the response is correct and answers yes (or sometimes it displays the products – this is inconsistent but at least the logic works). The issue is when the product does not exist, we’d like to produce an answer that says specifically ‘we do not carry that product’. But the user now get the standard ‘sorry I cannot answer that Q’ which is handled in the next node. Sometimes, users ask generic non-product questions so we cannot hard code the product answer. Any tips/hacks appreciated🙂
