We find that the KB is not displaying correct information. We sell 5 different models for a specific product, all listed in a word document with proper formatting. Everytime i ask a question: How many models do you have? SOmetimes the bot answers 2 models, sometimes 3... there is no consistency. SO not sure if we can use this KB. Anyone is having this issue?
