When I upload PDFs in the knowledge base and ask questions based on that, the bot gives a lot of references from that file, which looks weird and ugly within the bot. This may happen during testing. But this should not happen when the bot link is shared with the client or the bot is already on the website, serving the customers. Request you to disable it when bot is in the public eyes.
Hey @acceptable-kite-24353 , to turn off the references you can use an execute code function. Something like this usually does the trick: workflow.kbAnswerWithoutRef = event.preview.split("References:")[0] And then you pop @kbAnswerWithoutRef into your text or capture card
