Generated by cloudfront (CloudFront) Request ID: GPC6dxxxxxx The bot works fine via telegram, just not in the Chat GUI in botpress or via a published webpage? Any ideas? I thought this could be a network issue my end, but tried using different ISP's etc and the same error occurs. Thanks Tim

We addressed this issue some time ago. Could you try to remove the Webchat integration and add it back ? There are 2 reasons this could happen you could be blocked by the firewall or your webchat assets didn't get uploaded correctly.

What was strange - when I removed the defer parameter off the embedded webchat pre-configured - it all worked....
