07/19/2023, 12:12 PMI would like to know if the bot can display the first message when somebody opens it by clicking on the chat icon, without the visitor having to write anything.
Also, would like to know if it's possible for the bot to automatically trigger and open when someone visits from a desktop, and automatically trigger and open after 10 seconds if somebody visits from mobile.
