I want to be able to make a zapier/gmail flow whereby if I receive an email, I use botpress to get a response. It seems to me like both gmail and zapier integrations currently don't work, am I correct in saying that? Anyone found a workaround for such a requirement?

We are still waiting the approval for both of those integrations. They are working but restricted by both platforms to botpress's emails. Unfortunately, the review process took a lot longer than we expected but stay tuned for when we receive the approval. 🚀

Thanks for the insight, regarding my question, I'd be able to make this flow work if the webhook integration is working, as zapier allows me to send custom webhooks. Is that possible?

yes it is you can use triggers to listen to the webhook trigger event. Are you part of the beta testers for triggers ? If not, I can add you.
