Bot Giving Incorrect Answers Sometimes.

07/19/2023, 2:55 PMI have provided my bot with KB information in document form. Sometimes I will ask the bot a question and the answer will be correct. I will ask it a very similar question changing one variable and the answer almost seems made up. Is this a common issue?
