Basically what the title says. I've built a prototype bot and it's my first time making a bot. Everything is connected and works perfectly fine within the botpress editor. But once I hit publish, and share it, it sounds like it's drunk. It repeats the same question at times and isn't going according to plan. Please help me out. Thank you in advance!

On the Botpress Cloud platform, on the Logs tab of your bot, do you see error messages or anything abnormal? The difference between the emulator and the webchat is that it goes through the cloud and then to the webchat, so there's some minor differences but it shouldn't really impact the conversation flow. Having the logs would help a lot

I did see an error before when I initially made it. I disconnected and reconnected the nodes and the error disappeared afterwards. Now I can't see an error in the logs section tbh :/

Glad you got it working ! We think there might be some issues with safari in relation to custom code or publishing, so i definitely recommend using chrome

An update: It went rogue again after some time. The knowledge base suddenly stopped working and I got a bot name missing error 404.

Can you elaborate on that ? did you export / import it in another bot ? that's not supposed to happen. Did other thing other than the knowledge base works fine?
