07/20/2023, 6:51 PMYes, this could be possible and will be available soon once Zapier is generally available as an integration. Once the Zapier integration is out, you could eventually use the new Tables feature in the Studio to store data that your bot can use to respond and update those tables when a trigger/event coming from Zapier is received in your bot.
