Hi there, question on the knowledge base for URLs - does it perform an Internet search each time it acceses the knowledge base, or scrape the site for quick searching? Also, are the knowlagde bases used to train any ai in the bot, or is there just a layer of ai applied on a knowledge base to make the Web search smarter?
