So, I have been setting this bot for some time now, because I don't want to use templates and actually learn. I still dont have any real coding knowledge. However, I gave my AI Task prompts about all the information, but once I ask him about the information, it shows no content matched the query. Could you help me make it actually take information that I provided him? Check pics for more info.

What if you ask the bot the answer the question of the user? For now, your prompt seems to let him know that he should give a detailled response, while you are expecting a question to his answer

on the same aspect, do you think full history as ai input is a good idea? may be you should try with just the last question, in fact it should be event.state.preview (you can check the doc for that), and then add the event.state.session.fullhistory inside the instructions. Just my point of view

if any beginners like me need a solution: Create a knowledge base, take the knowledge base variable and put it in AI Input ( {{turn.KnowledgeAgent.answer}} ), and give your AI task instructions to your preferred liking:)
