I really don't care how to achive this, so i'll just wrie what I want to accomplish. I want the user to provide name, phonenumber and email in ordre to trigger a zap that forwards an ebook to the email provided. I have a solution for the last part, but I cant figure out how to retive name, number and email. Anyone have a simple solution?

Thanks @acoustic-hair-60678 - I understand the concept to caputre information in variables, the thing I can't figure out it how to "forward" this data once it have been submitted, i've tried endlessly to do a execute card that send the information to a discord webhook, but without any luck
