Intent is not working.

Hey, I have two nodes which are exactly the same, however, the intent in one of them does not work as shown in the picture.

The intent just wonā€™t work in my chatbot, it only works on one node, the rest of them it works sometimes and other times it doesnā€™t, I can write the intent word for word and it still wonā€™t process it.

@eager-australia-26534 are the two intents "inline", or are they "library" ? if they are the same intent, they must be in the library and not inline, because otherwise they will compete between each other in the same workflow

Neither of them are in the library, however, I have two other nodes which also both have a ā€˜humanā€™ intent and neither of them work even though they are in the library. Even if I write the things word for word the intent still does not trigger.

oh! it seems like you have two conflicting intents indeed. can you check and make sure that insaide your library you only have have one "Main Menu" intent and that both transition cards are pointing to the same one?

I only have one intent in the library for Main Menu. Every single ā€˜main menuā€™ intent function in my workflow is connected to exactly this library intent.

Yea and both are connected to the main menu node.

@eager-australia-26534 : Sure Rohan, Iā€™ve given you developer access on my bot, itā€™s called Original AirBnB Chatbot. Also I was experiencing another problem where AI Task is not returning the same answer in telegram as it is in the emulator.

Hey Rohan, the main menu intent is only working on the nodes Question and MoreQuery, however it is not working on the nodes Activities and MoreActivity. Additionally the intent Human isnā€™t working either. If you could explain to me exactly why the intents are not working, maybe I could fix them myself.

we're fixing this issue. it is not able to display the detected intent. But the workaround I did is similar to it. an I'm using the detected intent's id from the JSON object for the transition expression 
event.nlu.intents[0]?.id === 'ins-22db2f22c5'

The main menu intent is now working on all nodes , however, the human intent isnā€™t working on Activities mode or MoreActivity node as shown in the picture.

It still isnā€™t working properly. Iā€™ve added up to 20 utterances. Iā€™m saying the utterance word for word yet it still doesnā€™t trigger.

AI task is also considering something completely different as an intent to speak to a human. Nothing I said is even remotely related to the dictionary in the library for intern ā€œhumanā€

Hey @bright-magazine-792 if I want to add any other intents how do I go about doing that it they are not working in general. I have no clue how you made them work but I do not understand the code.

Hey @bumpy-butcher-41910 , I know how intents work and Rohan does too, I think the intent function itself might have a bug because it is just not working hereā€™s a pic of what Rohan did to my intent to try and make it work, however it still isnā€™t functioning properly, some of them work on and off while others donā€™t even work at all.

@bumpy-butcher-41910 If you go over my conversation with Rohan, you can see that my intents looked exactly as you want them to be before Rohan made the changes, they werenā€™t working before and they arenā€™t working now. I believe it might be a bug. Iā€™m not coming at Rohan, heā€™s a great dude and has helped me in the past to fix other problems.

Hey @eager-australia-26534 you could try deleting all of your global intents and intent expressions. Then adding them over again, using only global (library) intents!

I could but i want Rohan to take a look first as I donā€™t want to ruin what heā€™s done so far.
Hey @early-train-33247, I did exactly that just now, made a copy of my bot and deleted all the intents from nodes and library. I then added them back, however the problem still persists, the bot is not catching the intents even when I say the intent word for word. It just doesnā€™t trigger. It HAS to be a bug. @bright-magazine-792
