I have enabled and added WhatsApp to my bot. I've got a meta developer account but when I click create app it sends me the following message "The content you requested cannot be displayed right now. It may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may have expired, or you may not have permission to view this page." I can't seem to find a way around it

I was having a similar problem, I believe it was because I did not have a verified business, I switched over to telegram, it’s a lot more accessible, it does not require separate phone number, and does not charge its own fees. Just my 2 cents.
