Issues with importing bot

Hi, I just exported a bot from my workspace a minute ago and now trying to import it back into a new bot I created in the same workspace. However, somehow the Import Bot just takes a really long time to load then nothing happens. Is anyone else facing import bot issues at the moment? Thank you 🙂

Hi Rohan thanks for helping out, it's when I'm trying to import a template and it just loads like that and then nothing happens
After I refresh, I did receive a notification that there are 10 documents that are not being used and asked if I want to delete them.
I did receive this notification but there is no main flow

so when you "Do Nothing", how does your studio look like?
No workflows on the left panel at all?
or nodes are missing in the main flow

Could there be anything to do with corrupted files or something? Or too large a file? There is no error message so im not really sure 😅

@bright-magazine-792 I think it might be a bot issue. It seems like whenever I export other bots in the workspace, they can be imported, it's just this particular one. Thought it might be an issue with triggers since this bot has while the others don't. But after removing triggers, the problem still persists.

That's the rate limiting error, how many documents do you have ? Problem seems to be that your bot is uploaded partially and then errors out because of that. Then you get that popup because some documents were uploaded but the process didn't complete

Okay, tried to get a bigger rate limit but ended up with another limitation, will work on a fix and let you know

16 PDFs/docs + 1 web search. Would it be possible to just import the flows, folders and KBs with empty documents and I could re-upload them manually

Yes, soon we will add the ability to not include documents while exporting

I was having issue importing too, then I removed all KB files and exported, and it worked fine. The issue was the rate limit as it was many docs in the KB. Next time when I export a bot I will export the KB data into another folder to avoid this.
