Hey, I don’t have certain information in my KB it has nothing related to saying main menu to return to main menu, yet the Personality Agent transforms it to saying say main menu to return to main menu as you can see in the transformed payload in the event debugger. Why does it do that? I already have a text message that mentions the main menu information but now it’s being said twice. How do I fix this?

Can you share with me your KB settings? And a screenshot of your flow?

Hey Bassam, I’ve looked into the matter and made some changes, it’s working for now, if I encounter the problem again I’ll take some shots of it. Sorry for wasting your time.
