I put all my official links using knowledge base in plain text format.While the bot correctly provides some links, there are instances where it fails to provide the link. What could be causing this issue?

Hi! I have the same link issue. I would really appreciate if someone could tell me how I can solve it. Sometimes the bot is super good when referencing to urls, but sometimes it's just blank.

Hey All thanks for reporting, we are investigating this issue, it's a bit tricky as GPT 3.5 which is used to render the kb service is sometimes not sending us the link back. We are working on some alternatives to make this reliable every time
