whenever I open my chatbot on my website, it automatically starts with the back to conversation history button. How do I make it so that it doesn't start with this and instead goes straight to the chatbot's convo?

Could you elaborate, what do you mean by convo history button? Chatbots timeout after 5 minutes and are supposed to start from the beginning again.
