Dear Botpress team : Can I ask you to address an issue I have raised here regarding repeating messages in Chat. I have deployed my test bot to WhatsAPP(WA). However on numerous occasions the thing keeps repeating questions. I have posted some of the flows and screenshots (also see below). I am trying to get to the bottom of this issue as to what is going on. Have I mis-configured something or am I using bad practices ? ..... or is it something on the Botpress Cloud Infra that is causing a problem. I have been told by co-workers who have experienced the same dupe questions issues in chat sessions during testing that there is no way they can showcase the bot to clients. It will be a complete loss of any credibility we have. So what's the answer ???? Is this a known issue ? Is it down to platform resources ??? Etc.... I really need to know as I have hit a wall. On a positive note.... this is a great little product. I previously used Manychat + Dialogflow. Please don't make me move to another platform because issues that impact cust experience are left dangling in the air with no solution. I am even happy to pay for better service if I get stability and performance from the platform. What to do ???

The issue occurs on multiple occasions with different input requests. I am focussed on Whatsapp. However I do vaguely recall that sometimes it has also happened within the botpress IDE used for testing.

I don't see the part of the flow that asks for the passport nationality, can you show that?

I think what you want to use here is the "Wait for User Input" card instead of Single/Multiple Choice

does that allow one to pick from a multiple selection or do you just type in some data ?

that's for typing, but I think the issue you're facing is that you're giving the users one option "British" but when you type in American the bot doesn't recognize it and thus tries again

This is not the case for me. I have a msg with ONLY 3 buttons. The WA bot still asks me a question(A) (with 3 buttons). Takes the input , goes to question (B) another 3 button response req. Then it still comes back to Question (A) again. I can send you the screenshots to prove it. How sure are you this is indeed the problem ?

Hey everyone! I struggled with this issue too, and the best solution (for me) was to uninstall the WhatsApp integration, create new credentials and tokens, and then publish it again. I hope this works for you as well and helps others looking for a solution!
