Bot is answering the same question

Iām having an issue where when I ask the bot a customer service question it responds with roughly the appropriate answer from the AI Task but doesnāt really offer any conversation to resolute a query. And then it repeats the answer instead of taking me to the main menu, then once I finally get back to the menu it presents me with the welcome message but no single choice options. Thanks.

08/04/2023, 5:37 PMI see you have an intent node set up for main menu - but your bot needs to be listening for what your user is saying
