I want to build a bot that helps to navigate and find the right pages on a very big site. i uploaded a Table as Docx, like in the image attached... I built the KN and the Personality on a way that the bots gives a information and if possible also the deeplink. But in 90 % the bot lies. like " here is the link to the cinema Program heilbronn.de/cinema" –> And that is completly wrong. It's always like this: https:Main-domain.de/Buzzword It does not uses the right links in the table. i also tried to do that with sitemap, but because the website is very big, that also failed... Does anyone have tipps? I will try the sitemap again tomorrow. But I thought if I crawl the site bymyself and upload the Info as Docx it will work better, because of a clear structrue... – I was wrong. 😑 Thanks a lot for great support here!

try manually typing in a text file "contact page = xyzlink, about us page = abclink" and then put it as a kb

yeah but the Idea is good. I try just to crawl the URL + the Titel of the page and upload that.... At the moment botpress works not. An Error in the dashboard. But I will try it. Thank you
