user.var in IDE GUI have dissapeared after upgradi...

I just upgraded to a paid plan and all my user.vars have been wiped out .... very strange. All my flows are ok. But where I assign input to user.varX in the GUI the var section is blank. I have no idea what happened. I did not delete any vars or any thoer object for that matter. Can I re-install my user.var by API or programatically. I don't want to manually in sery 60+ user vars via the IDE .

Alternatively, is there any way I can get back to a previous state that preserves my user.vars ??
