See screen shot for reference. It tells me to visit a link but it is not showing what the link is. When I try to prompt it, it still comes back blank. How can I solve this issue? The KB is the website.

I have same question, were you able to resolve this?
k
Same here, can't get it work been banging my head against the wall for 3 days
Just figured it out! It all has to do with organizing the knowledge base properly. If you also try to "over-organize" the knowledge base, it creates unnecessary vectors confusing the bot, leading to strange answers. Try to keep the knowledge base neat with a header at most but don't start chunking things into too many paragraphs. I tried keeping information that is relevant to each other within the same paragraph and only separating things that have nothing to do with each other and it started to process information much better, leading to the bot providing links to the user
Hope this helps you guys out!

I found this helpful for making it show links, it now shows the link. you can try formatting your links like this in KB

thanks for that feedback! the thing is my KB is a company's website so the content is being pulled from there - do I need to go and add every link on the website individually to the KB as a doc in that formatting for it to work?
k
yes in order for your bot to provide links you need the links to be uploaded to a doc in the kb
