08/08/2023, 10:57 AMHey @red-photographer-93309 I've had success feeding the knowledge answer through an AI task and putting in a prompt that asks tha bot to "omit any refrences to documents, chat transcripts, or chat history."

08/08/2023, 11:00 AMBasically instead of turning the KB on, you do the answering through an AI Task where you prompt directly the informations from the documents. Did I get that right?

08/08/2023, 11:02 AMAlmost. You need to enable manual answering, then pass the answer as an input to the AI task.

08/08/2023, 11:29 AMyou can put the change in here. I did turn on "manual answering" on your knowledge agent so that we can modify the answer a big before sendign it to the user.
The bot looks good! Buttons are good and reliable, but you should also have a way to handle if the user types in a question instead of clicking the "I have a question" button first
