Hi Gordy, the file is just 1465kb and 46% of the knowledge base has been used so I just input its text to fix. However, I'm still wondering why would this happen since the size is small. Btw the code 500 worked out by giving the chatbot a rest.

yep if I still tried to upload that pdf. no error when i change it into text.

is there any more info on the error in your browser console? Or any other error info you can give me beyond 400?
