How do I stop it from doing this?

08/09/2023, 8:34 AMIt adds a comment at the end of each answer, and if the user answers yes or no, it repeates that same statement. How do I prevent it from adding that last bit, or is there a way to keep the conversation going if the user replies with a yes or no?
