My knowledge base is failing to answer simple questions, even tho the answers are both in the pdf I provided and the and website. And when it does answer them, they are very very inconsistent. Anyone know how to fix this?

How big is your kb?

same issue here, is there a example of a well working KB? i added 200 QA pairs yesterday and the bot basically stopped making any sense
