Conversation End Workflow

I watched the Botpress tutorial on how to use the Conversation End Workflow- Only problem is- I have tried all sorts of tweaks and what I assumed I must do to somehow transition from my last node that answered the user's question- and transition to the "Entry" node- I have no cluse bhow to get this transition done- The YT video failed to cover this issue- So- I now have a chatbot that lascks the Conversation End wotrkflow transiti0on from the ending conversation to the ' End"-- Is there an upcomking tutorial that will cover this? I had to guess that "Entry" meant that the node is NOT to be dealt with in the MAIN workspace- Sigh. Any help is REALLY appreciated!!!

Best I can tell, there is no real purpose for the Conversation End workflow. It seems to me it is a system workflow that could easily be hidden. For example, following Roberts suggestion in the YT video, If you create a "thank you" node to end the conversation, you can either: 1. place that node in the Main WF just before the "end" node and ignore the Conversation End WF, OR 2. place the "thank you" node in the Conversation End workflow between the "Entry" node and the "End" node. Either way the outcome is the same. On the other hand, if you place a "Thank you" node just before the "End" node in the Main WF AND place the same (or another) "Thank you" node in the Conversation End WF, whatever message you have on the "Thank you" nodes will be repeated. You will essentially end your convo twice. In short, the Conversation End WF gives you a way to end your convo in a separate workflow rather than in the Main WF. Using the Conversation End WF isn't required to property end your convo so long as you did so in the Main WF. If this long-winded answer didn't help, please share some screenshots of what you are trying to accomplish.

I guess my challenge is to get the chaTBOT TO TRANSITION FROM THE LAST NODE(THAT PROVIDED THE ANSWER TO THE USER;S QUERY)--- d fOR SOE REASON USDING THE expression "ALWAYS" DOES not SEEM TO FORCE THE TRANSITION TO MY "tHANKYOU " NODE... nOT SURE IF IT IS THE SOFTRWARE OR ME--- i HAVE TO ASUME IT IS ME- AS i AM A COMPLETE NOOB QWHEN IT COMES TO ALL THINGS ZAPIER/api/PYTHON/dasrt--- i AM DOING WELL TO JUST CFREATE A very SIOMPLE CHATBOT- AND i do MEAN sdimple! aNYWAY - i'LL PLAY AROUND WITH YOUR SUGGESTERD STRATEGY TO SEE IF i CAN GET A "tHANK YOU" NODE INTO PLAY! Sorry for the caps--- HATE wher they located that darbn czaps key!
i
Are you connecting your nodes together with a transition line?
b
I do indeed draw the line--- I thought placing the expression "always" woul; force the transition to my Thank You node- but alas- GTHAT is not working. I know I am missing something obvious! Am open to any other suggestions you have- I REALLY appreciate your taking the time to provide me with your expertise!
i
Can you show me a screenshot?
b
I have to hop off-- but I'll get caught up with any more suggestions tomorrow (caNT ACCESS discord AT WORK- THEY HAVE A FIREWALL THAT PREVENTS THAT---- SO IT MAY BE THIS TIME TOMORROW NIGHT!--- THAT i HOP BACK INTO dISCORD!
I'll see what I can do--- wher to send the scfreenshot to???

All good. Your conversation should look something like the pic. You can post a screenshot in this thread by clicking on the "+" to the left of where you type your message.

Sure. If you add the screenshot file to this post, I would be happy to take a look at it.

Robert replied to my comment on the Video- He told me that the exceution of the End Discussion is supposed to be automativ. I'll check that you know- and remove the transitioned nodes to my own "Thank you" end- node"- Maybe I confused the bot- Will let you know if I succeed in getting the automatic execution of the End Converstion WOrkflow works for me. Thank you for engaging with me!
Unfortunately- when I followed the video's instructins- the Conversation End workflow failed to execute- I shall share this with Robert int eh comments on the video!
I got a Gravatar avatar- I have the URL- but I can't get it to appear anywhere- Can anyone help me figure out how to put the avatar on my website?
