AI output wrong answer

I tried to integrate AI task with KB and the it provided wrong answers to the user input. seems it extracted the unexpected information from KB. This is how I intergrate the AI. if there is anything wrong with the AI task or I should improve the KB to make the contents clear and how can I do this? I have all my company files regarding to different domians, I've put them all in one KB as I want the chatbot has a comprehensive understanding. Would the files too messy to put together or I should put different kind of files into different KBs? I am new to this field hope my question is not stupid. Thanks for all the suggestion in advance!

I split everything up into categories and then create different knowledge bases from that. Then in the kb description I write that when there's a question about this it should come here first.

Thank you! I am working on it. Do you have alternatives to integrate KB with AI, I sense my method is not quite good.

I just use the knowledge agent and then the personality agent which does it for me

sorry, Did you mean you only retrieve answers from KB not using AI to access to KB
