My whole KB is written in Italian, but the bot sometimes switches to English mid-sentence. Can’t solve it with translator agent: instead of translating responses to Italian, it often translates everything to English. Do you need me to send you my bot? Were you aware of this issue?

By the way you can prompt in italian inside the tasks
It seems like the only way i'm able to replicate is when i write to the bot in english, is it the same on your side? Does it happen when you write to the bot in italian?

It will answer half in english, half in italian
The same thing happened for questions about Hardware, but i fixed it preparing a predefined answer in the KB

The algorithm sees the english names of some modules and responds half in english
I have similar problems in other bots

Hey @brainy-summer-1041 there was an update to the translations pushed today. Is the behaviour still appearing
we might need to change the translation agent settings to make it work so let me know
actually ill get back to you, we the issue here is coming from GPT translating by default
so we can force it to do italian through the translator agent

@brainy-summer-1041 hi would you mind sharing a screenshot of the logs of this message? You should see logs about the TranslationAgent, if you could click on those log lines to expand them and screenshot 🙏

That translation issue happens also with the Translation Agent activated
But in you want, I can turn it on and try to replicate the issue
