Webchat integration BIG problem, there is no problem with tests in the studio. After a few conversations in different places the bot stops, sometimes after when I repeating the answer it moves on or starts from the beginning, the same problem occurs with the Telecom bot template. Also, after a few conversations waiting for progress sometimes 8s. My billing is growing fast with webchat tests, only tests, can I have a reset please? fp10@wp.pl

I would love that the devs would focus more on fixing bugs than creating new features that will be unstable too...

The idea behind botpress is very cool, but after all those problems the image of the brand is starting to deteriorate (at least personally).

Hope this project don't kill himself with all those problems

We're not experiencing any downtime or increased latency or elevated API errors, so I would assume there's a configuration problem or message mismatch between the emulator and the published channel.
Can you check your logs to see if there is any info / error that would be relevant to troubleshoot the issue?
