If I use the card Agent-> query knowledgebase and access the result, I see that "answer" has content, but "responded" is still false. I would say this not expected, right?

Hey @dry-nightfall-32769 I already got an answer from the team. Turns out this is by design. the {responded} field tells you is the bot responded to the query and not if the agent did.
It's a bit confusing. We will see what we can do about it. Let me know if you have more questions regarding this.

aha, maybe what throw me off is that all tutorials say "has answer" and check the "responded" field.
It is a bit confusing indeed. Perhaps the tutorial should say "has responded" not "has answer" then
