For some reason my bot isn't able to answer my question even though I think I layed it out pretty clearly. Does anyone know how to fix this?

What other KB do you have? Mostly you have confusing data between the different KBs you have

Okay, and what is the expected answer, because in that document I can't see the dates/times when the club meets

Since I don't have access to the specific times, I want it to prompt the user to contact the club's sponsor so I added a list of each club with it's corresponding sponsor
as well as a small prompt at the top

aha got it, so you want the KB to reply with the full answer. Use the Query card, and add to it "Add answer's full information" or something like that

It was discussed in yesterdays live. The live recording should be out today somewhere. I will make sure to send you the link as soon as it is published.
The general idea is, the query card just adds context to the KB Search
so for example you can add date and time, so if the user said, when is the show for movie "XYZ" then you append today's date. So the KB finds the showtimes for today.
