08/12/2023, 3:50 PMIntents not working: I have an intent to detect when the user wants to "contact a human", with prompts like I want to talk to a human and stuff. When I (as the user) enter "I want to talk to a human", the bot ends the conversation instead of sending me to the workflow it's supposed to. It happens with intents that yesterday were working perfectly fine and now thy just don't.
