Hey @steep-football-15739 , Here's how I would troubleshoot. Two things : 1. Go in Google tag manager, link it up with a test website, then add this code to make sure it works : alert('hello!');. If the test website doesn't show a popup saying hello! then the tag manager implementation is the problem! 2. go to jsbin.com. Where the body tag exists on the bottom left, I would add the snippet you are adding to Google Tag Manager there. If it doesn't appear on the bottom right (preview), then the snippet is the problem.
