Currently, I haven't discovered a method to view the questions asked when my chatbot can't provide answers, unless using tools like Zapier. Consequently, enhancing the chatbot's knowledge base becomes challenging. It would be greatly beneficial to have a feature that stores every question when the chatbot can't offer a response, within an analytics database. If I've missed something and there's a way to achieve this within Botpress, I kindly apologize😅 . Thank you in advance!
