08/18/2023, 6:32 PMEverytime i log in my bot I always got this message . If i press do nothing then my bot wont answer anything from KB . What happen if I choose Remove Documents ? Pls help

08/18/2023, 7:23 PMSo in my KB I specific state that on Saturday no appointment . But no matter how many times i tried my Bot always reply with YES and do take appointment . This happen because the Error I mention above .

08/18/2023, 7:38 PMIf you choose to remove the documents they will be removed from the KB. you can add them back ( if you still have the data)
and that may help fix the problem with how the chatbot answers.
I would also just tinker a little bit further for example: State in the plain text portion of your KB. No appointments on Saturdays just walk ins. to see if the bot answers differently.
