I want to create a chatbot that can allow student to ask for advice, get past questions,school experience, books and manuals as well quotes and advice for whatever state the student is for better education regards my school system, so ill be uploading past question files.Whats the best way to go about this?

A mixture of KB and a REST API would be great. If you don't code (or don't want to) you can substitute the API with a nocode platform like make.com, zapier or pipedream
