My knowledge bases contain lots of information regarding mutiple domains. I've seperated them into different KBs and write a description for each of them. to further improve the performance I fed in FAQs but it still give unsatisfied answer sometime or irrelavent info. Is there any other suggestion how do you improve the accuracy. Thank you for all your time in advance.
