Single Choice gives me 2 layouts.. please help

08/23/2023, 9:25 AMFor some reason using the SAME Single Choice, it gives me 2 different layouts. I want it to show all the options down like the picture below. Does anyone know how to fix this?

08/24/2023, 7:43 AMI found it. If the option is too long it will not show them seperate. I fixed this my shortening the options!
