No, knowledge based answers only work with text, images are not supported. However, you can add a custom intent and route it to a custom card block: that way, when the intent is matched, the user will receive the desired image as response

Is it possible to add various pdfs, similar to presenting recipes (I watched that how to video), but instead of connecting the question to an API the question will result in the user receiving certain PDFs that may help them? "Internal" PDFs that I created? Does that make sense?
