I am creating a chatbot for my business partners to easily navigate through all the important documentation they require, I have a sharepoint account where I store all my documents. I my chatbot knowledge base I have written the document name and its link to share point. The chatbot at times send you links and more often it doesn't send any links. Its frustrating because there is no pattern in whether it will send link or not Please help ???
