Hi guys, so I am testing a bot with a knowledge based I created but the bot is answering like.. go to their website and make a reservation but it should go out website and make reservation. Basically the answer is correct but is using their instead ours. How can I change that? Thanks

use personality agent, give it some context and it'll talk as 'we'
