08/26/2023, 4:12 PMI have created 2 knowledge bases inside a workflow, one is called "Websites" one is called "Documents" In the the description of the "Documents" I have written
"Documents" is a comprehensive knowledge base that correctly indicates the best ways to contact xx and also information about who works with us.
