Can I do this : Manual Task: Managing maintenance requests, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with vendors. AI Solution: an AI-powered chatbot or custom-tailored workflow that allows tenants to submit maintenance requests, which can then be automatically categorized, prioritized, and assigned to appropriate vendors. how can i make the bot ask the question to the user and then put that respond in the trigger

That is a great question. First thought that comes to my mind would be to use either a single choice card if you just got a few specific maintenance things the tenants could request.
Could also be a multiple choice card if they can request multiple things
Then from the choice they made would be stored and sent to Zapier who would then sent it to the appropriate vendor

Okay but imagine the chatbot asks the user at the beginning of the conversation you need a plumber for example the user says if later you ask him why the user responds and then I want the chatbot to start a conversation with the plumber and tell him why I get from the user
How can I do that
I have to make 2 chatbots for this or I can do it in 1

There is no live chatting with a human right now so they won't be able to talk live with a plumber thru Botpress. You would have to redirect them to the plumber.

Zapier could send a message with contact information about the tenant and some information about the issue to the appropriate vendor

You can send an email to the Plumber using Zapier
And use the client's request as content of the email
